I was planning on buying the wii sports resort game. But I would have to buy an extra motionplus accessory making it worth about £65. I could buy two other games with that much so is it really worth it? By the way, if it isn’t worth it what other games would be good to play (for a long time)?

Wii Sports Resort is fun, but unless you’re keen to spend time becoming champion in each event, it’s really not that worth it. We played it for a while and put it away for better games.
The Lego games (Star Wars or Batman) are fun, mostly easy, and have long gameplay time and good replay value.
Metroid 3:Corruptions and Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess are wonderful adventure games with good playtime and replayability.
Star Wars:Force Unleashed is fun, but short, but has fairly good replay value. E-mail me if you have more questions.
one MP+ comes with Sports Resort, and many of the minigames can do multiplayer by trading the controller back and forth, so you don’t need 2 MP+ accessories
that said, is it worth it? i have to be honest and say no, not on its own. Sports Resort is fun, but it’s nothing really new and groundbreaking.
however, since future games may use the MP+, i made the investment.
